The vision for A Woman at The Helm program has been a guiding light for me for several years as a therapist, and life coach. For years I have helped women through their immediate challenges. However, I often wondered if they truly transformed in the long run. This realization compelled me to create this program that foster a deeper understanding of the tendencies, needs and beliefs that allow women to explore meaningful changes.
