A Program for Women over 50

The vision for A Woman at The Helm program is a combination of being a sailor and therapist.  For years I have helped women through their challenges. At times, I often wondered if they truly transformed in the long run. This realization compelled me to create this program that fosters a deeper understanding of our tendencies, needs and beliefs that allow women to explore meaningful changes.

You've spent years showing up for everyone else. Now is the time to re-imagine what showing up for yourself could look like. You can create a life that feels true, purposeful, and satisfying.
